A miniature baked apple pie. Wheat free, gluten free, dairy free, nut free and yeast free. The fruit is baked with dextrose monohydrate, making the product safe for people with fructose malabsorption allergies (“Fructose Friendly™”).

Ingredients :

Pastry: Soy flour, rice flour, eggs, pastry margarine (vegetable oil, antioxidant (306) (from soy)), sugar, tapioca starch, maize starch, water, xanthan gum (415), salt, guar gum (412). <br/> <br/>
Filling: Apples (50%), dextrose monohydrate (mixed with the apples, neutralizes the fructose), modified tapioca starch, cinnamon.
