Barkat Baking Powder is a gluten-free and wheat-free raising agent. It is used specifically for baking, and to help your baking products rise! It can be used in conjunction with gluten-free flours. Baked goods such as cakes, muffins and even breads often require extra leavening as gluten free flours don't quite provide the elasticity that gluten does. This product is as effective as any gluten containing baking powder. It is also dairy free and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
