Organic Japanese Kuzu - Wild Arrowroot (125g)

A superior thickening agent with a delightfully smooth texture and no starchy or interfering taste. Use Kuzu to thicken soups and stews, both sweet and savoury sauces, glazes, desserts and pie fillings. Dissolve in cold water before adding to hot liquids. Heat slowly, stirring to avoid lumps, then simmer for at least 3 minutes. When colour changes from white to transluscent it is ready. A half to one tablespoon will thicken one cup of liquid.
