Kirum Kampot White Pepper

Kampot Pepper is a premium pepper that has been cultivated in Cambodia, in the Kampot area, for millennia. Known as one of the best peppers in the world, it has gained its recognition from Europe during the French colonization in the 1800s. It recently became the first Cambodian product to gain a Geographical Indication (GI). The name and the quality of this pepper are now protected. Rare, less spicy than black pepper with a distinctive aroma and taste, the white pepper is best suited with seafood and delicate dishes.
