A delicious vegan gravy mix made with 7 types of vegetables - pumpkin, tomato, mushroom, cassava, celery, onion and garlic. Easy to make and perfect with vegan roasts, chips, bolognese and more.
Whisk 3tbls (30g) gravy mix and 1 cup (250ml) cold water in a saucepan. Place over low heat, bring to the boil and whisk until thick and glossy, approx 2 mins. Serve hot.
