Gluten-Free Chicken Seasoning Mix (80g)
Easy to prepare, simply mix the seasoning with 75mls water and dip the chicken into the batter and fry. Drain on kitchen paper and serve with a fresh garden salad.
This mix is versatile and can be used as a seasoning sprinkle over a chicken for roasting or just roll some chicken fillets into the seasoning mix and shallow fry (or bake) until cooked through.
You can also mix in some of the seasoning mix through some gluten free breadcrumbs for that added flavour. Give it a try. The whole family will love it! Serve 6
For a vegetarian and vegan option, use the seasoning mix to coat tofu, eggplant or add to rice crumbs to season any dish.
