Gluten Free Plain Flour (500g)

Gluten Free, Dairy Free is ideal for biscuits, pies, shortbreads, scones, brownies and general cooking needs.

For Shortbread Recipe :
Preheat oven to 180C (conventional) and line a baking tray with baking paper. Cream chopped butter (100g), vanilla essence (1 1/2 tsp) and sugar (50g) in a bowl until dough is blended. Add plain flour (160g) and a pinch of salt and stir until smooth. Mould dough into 20g balls and press down into shape with hands. Place on baking paper. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest on baking paper for 5 minutes before serving.
