What happens if the item(s) I purchased online is not in stock?
If the item(s) purchased online is not in stock, you will receive a refund back on your credit card.
How long does it take for the refund to be credited back to my credit card?
The refund lead-time varies from bank to bank. Please check with the issuing bank of your credit card for details.
Can I see what I've previously ordered?
By signing into your registered account, you can have access to the details of your previous orders, including the status of your current orders.
Pricing & Promotion
Are all prices inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST)?
All product and delivery prices are inclusive of GST at the prevailing rate.
What happens if I use a promotional code?
Orders using promotional codes will not be eligible for further discounts.
How can I pay for my purchases online?
What happens after I have placed an order?

What if I made a mistake on the order and required changes?

Delivery Services and Charges
Can I send my items to more than one shipping address?
Each transaction can only be delivered to one mailing address in Singapore. You will have to make multiple transactions for different mailing addresses.
Do you deliver overseas?
We do and kindly email firstname.lastname@example.org to seek assistance on the logistic matters.
What is the requirement for delivery?
Delivery service is available for purchases between $80 to $99.99 with a delivery charge of S$10 per trip.
Free delivery is available for order of S$100 and above.

When will I receive my items?

Can I choose a specific day and time for my delivery?
You may choose an express delivery services with a surcharge of S$30. Subject to availability.
Can I change or cancel the items I have ordered?
Once your transaction is completed and payment is made, your order cannot be changed or cancelled. If you choose not to accept delivery, we are not able to refund any and all payment made.
Can I return something that I received?
As we are dealing with allergen food and products, we “uphold our product handling process very strictly" and thus items purchased cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded, unless the item has been delivered in a damaged condition and rejected upon delivery. Damaged products will be replaced as soon as possible with the next delivery to your zone.
